Before starting the laser cutter, the operator should check the following items:
1. The machine tool and laser work normally and are ready to work.
2. The system is in automatic mode, and the safety door is closed.
3. The selected processing program and the starting position is correct.
4. The cutting head is at the original position and the workpiece coordinate system has been correctly set.
5. The program speed is appropriate and the ratio band switch position is correct.
6. The cutting head focus position is correct. The cutting nozzle aperture is appropriate.
7. The cutting assist gas pressure and the right capacity is enough.
8. The ventilation and dust removal equipment have been started.
Before the machine running, the operator should carefully check these items to ensure a high quality cutting.
